The Little Objects

Terms of sale

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you buy from The Little Objects. Placing an order means you agree to them, along with our shipping and returns & refunds policies.

Your account

You need an account to order. Keep your password to yourself — you’re responsible for orders placed from your account. Give us a phone number and address that are yours and correct.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Indian rupees and shown before you order, with delivery added in your basket.
  • Custom prints are priced by weight and material; colours we don’t stock carry an extra charge. In both cases we confirm the final price with you before you pay, and nothing is made until you’ve agreed it.
  • We take payment by UPI and confirm it against our account by hand. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we’ll tell you before printing and you can cancel for a full refund.

Made to order

Every item is printed after you order it. Small variations in layer lines, finish and colour are normal for 3D printing. Sizes are approximate. Our prints are decorative and household items — not toys for small children, and not food- or dishwasher-safe.

Custom prints and other people’s designs

  • When you send us a model, you confirm you’re allowed to have it printed. We check the designer’s licence where we can and may decline models we’re not permitted to print, or anything unlawful or unsafe.
  • You pay for the printing service, not for the design. The design stays its creator’s.
  • Files you upload are used only to make your order.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our responsibility

If something we made is faulty or damaged, we remake or refund it as our returns policy explains. Beyond that, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law doesn’t allow us to limit it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Disputes

If something’s wrong, please talk to us first — most things are sorted in a message. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Hyderabad have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
