We collect only what we need to make and deliver your order, and we don’t sell it or use it for advertising. This notice explains what we hold and your rights under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account: your name, phone number, email (optional) and a securely hashed password.
- Orders: what you ordered, your delivery address, notes you add, and payment references you give us.
- Custom prints: model links, files or descriptions you send.
Why we use it
- To make, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it (including on WhatsApp).
- To keep your basket, address and order history in your account.
- To keep the accounts and records the law requires.
We don’t send marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who else sees it
- Couriers get your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
- Service providers host the site and store data for us: Vercel (website and uploaded files) and Neon (database). They process it only on our instructions.
- We share information if the law requires it. Nobody else.
Payments go directly through your UPI app — we never see your bank or card details.
Cookies and storage
One essential cookie keeps you signed in. Your basket is also kept in your browser so it survives a refresh. We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Account details for as long as you have an account. Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Uploaded custom-print files once your order is complete and any remake window has passed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and data (other than records we must keep by law). You can update your details yourself on your account page. For anything else, contact us — we reply within 7 days.
Complaints
Raise any concern with us at hello@thelittleobjects.in. If you’re not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
