Question 1

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

3–5 days. Within that your order is either ready to collect or already shipped. Nothing here sits in a box waiting — we print each one after it comes in, which is why you get to pick the colour. If you need something by a particular date, say so in the notes and we'll tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Question 2

What are these actually made of?

Accepted Answer

Four materials, and the colour you pick decides which — colours are grouped by material when you choose. PLA is a rigid plastic made from plant starch, with crisp detail, great for anything that lives indoors. PLA Silk is PLA with a glossy, almost metallic sheen — lovely on vases, dragons and name plates. PETG and ABS shrug off heat, water and knocks: they're what we use for coasters, hooks, laptop risers and anything else that takes a load. PLA and PLA Silk are best kept indoors — they don't like a hot car or all-day sun; PETG and ABS don't mind.

Question 3

Can I get a colour that isn't on the list?

Accepted Answer

Usually, yes. The colours in the shop are the spools on our shelf right now. Under the colours on any product (and on the custom page) there's "Want a colour that isn't listed?" — describe the one you'd like and place the order. We buy the filament for you, so it costs extra and takes longer: we'll message you the extra cost and timing, and nothing is charged until you've agreed.

Question 4

What does delivery cost?

Accepted Answer

It depends on how heavy the parcel is, because that's how couriers charge us. You'll see the exact amount in your basket before you pay, and it's free on orders over ₹1499. We post orders over ₹499; below that the courier costs more than the thing itself, so those are collection only — worth adding a second item if you'd like yours sent. Collecting from us in Hyderabad is always free.

Question 5

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

To order, yes — it takes a moment and only needs a phone number and a password. It means your address fills itself in next time, your basket follows you between devices, and every order you've placed is in one list rather than scattered across old messages. Browsing costs nothing: look around as much as you like and sign in when you're ready to order.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

By UPI. Once you've ordered, your confirmation page has a QR code and our UPI ID — scan it with GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any other app. You can pay straight away or wait until we've confirmed the order; either is fine, and nothing is printed before you've approved the price. We check each payment against our account by hand, so it may be a few hours before it shows as received. If you change your mind before we start printing, you get it back.

Question 7

Will it look exactly like the picture?

Accepted Answer

Very close, but these are printed objects, not injection-moulded ones. Look closely and you'll see fine horizontal lines — that's how the thing is built, layer on layer, and most people rather like it. Colours can also read slightly differently on your screen than in your hand.

Question 8

What if it arrives broken, or it's wrong?

Accepted Answer

We make it again and send it out, at our cost. Just send us a photo within a week of it arriving. Personalised items are the one exception — we can't re-sell a keychain with someone else's name on it, so we'll always send you a preview to approve before we print those.

Question 9

Are they safe for food or the dishwasher?

Accepted Answer

No, and we'd rather say so plainly. The tiny ridges that make up a printed surface are very good at holding onto bacteria, and a dishwasher is hot enough to warp them. Treat them as dry, decorative and hand-wash-only.

Question 10

Can I send you a model I found online?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's one of the main things we do. Any model site works. Paste the link on the "print your own" page, enter how much it weighs and pick a colour, and you'll see the price immediately — by the gram (PLA ₹5, PLA Silk ₹6, PETG ₹6, ABS ₹7), plus delivery if we post it. Don't know the weight? Place the order anyway; we'll weigh the model and send you the price to confirm before you pay. You're paying us for the printing, never for the design, which is why it's cheaper than buying the same thing finished. We do check that the designer's licence allows us to print it before we start; the vast majority do, and if yours doesn't we'll tell you and help you find something similar that does.

Question 11

The price I saw — is that final?

Accepted Answer

It's very close, and it's the price we'll honour unless something surprising turns up. The price comes from the weight you give us, and a guessed weight can be off. So we open your model and check what it really weighs at our settings; if it's noticeably different we send you the new price to confirm before anything goes on the printer. If it works out cheaper, you pay less — that's happened plenty of times.

Question 12

Can you make something that isn't in the shop?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and we enjoy it. Replacement knobs and clips for things you can't buy parts for any more, gifts with a name on them, a bracket for an awkward shelf. Send a photo through the custom page or on WhatsApp and we'll come back with a price. Asking costs nothing.

Question 13

Do you do bulk orders or corporate gifts?

Accepted Answer

We do. Tell us roughly what you need and how many, and we'll work out a price and a date.
