Everything is printed to order after you buy it. This page covers how long that takes, what delivery costs and how collection works.

How long it takes

Within 3–5 days of your order being confirmed and paid, it’s either ready to collect or handed to the courier. Courier transit time is on top of that and depends on where you are — usually 2–7 days within India.

• A colour we don’t stock takes longer, because we buy the filament for your order. We tell you how long before you pay.
• Custom prints follow the timing we confirm with you, which depends on size and material.
• Need it by a date? Say so in the order notes and we’ll tell you honestly if we can.

Anywhere in India that our courier partners reach, by tracked courier.

What delivery costs

• Delivery is charged by parcel weight — the printed weight plus packaging — and shown in your basket before you order. As a guide: up to 500 g is ₹110, up to 1 kg is ₹170, then ₹70 for each extra kilo.
• Free delivery on orders of ₹1,499 or more.
• Orders under ₹499 are collection only — below that the courier costs more than the item.

Tracking

When your parcel is sent we add the courier, tracking ID and tracking link to your order page, and message you on WhatsApp.

Collecting from us

Collection in Hyderabad is always free. We’ll message you when your order is ready.

If something goes wrong in transit

If a parcel arrives damaged, or is lost by the courier, we print it again and send it at our cost. See cancellations, returns & refunds.

Please make sure your address and phone number are complete — a parcel returned because of an incomplete address can be re-sent, but the second delivery is charged.
